Hyal-System DUO is a hyaluronic acid hydrogel formulation based on the proprietary MU.C.H. (Multi-Crosslinked Hyaluronan) Technology, that combines two types of HA for long-term correction and filling of medium to deep wrinkles, thereby restoring tissue density1: 25% HA ACP and 75% HA cross-linked with BDDE. It means that Mu.C.H. technology requires 25% less BDDE with respect to standard crosslinking2.
It improves skin firmness and elasticity, giving a rejuvenating effect to the skin8
As a result, the skin is firm, elastic and rejuvenated.

BIOSTIMULATION for a progressive and sustained rejuvenation from within

Biostimulation promoted by HA increases collagen/ECM in a progressive and sustained way, ensuring long-lasting aesthetic results.3
To investigate the efficacy of HA-based dual injectable (BDDE and auto-crosslinked HA) in collagen density variations, a retrospective study on 6 female patients (age range 34–56) treated in a single session, at baseline (T0), was conducted.3
